The goal of DS Improve is to bring to the urban planning and construction industry an efficient and flexible tool which constitutes an alternative to traditional scale models.

DS Improve recreates virtually the area of interest and takes care of the real estate project’s integration into the existing area.

-    Creation of textures based on pictures taken on-site or documents provided by the customer.
-    Creation of virtual buildings or integration of existing virtual models given by the customer.
-    Interactive and free navigation around the virtual models, instantaneous comparisons of different versions of the real estate project, instantaneous simulation of different periods of the day.
-    View as white models or coloured and lit models.
-    Immersive view using panoramic, multiple displays or projectors, with or without 3D depth support (stereoscopy).
-    Providing/renting and maintenance of high-end visualization hardware and display setup.
-    On-site technical aid during shows and demonstration meetings.
-    Renting/custom modifications of virtual 3D models already existing in our catalogue.
-    Derived products: pictures, mini-movies, web-sites, booklets.

Visualization can run on our custom & locally running application based on high-quality computer graphics algorithms compatible with immersive projection systems (meeting room projection), or can run remotely in a web page.

Since its founding, DS Improve has invested a lot of resources in Research & Development in order to build up an efficient production unit for real-time 3D applications development.

This production unit has technical support from our hardware specialists and our research team involved in the conception of innovating algorithms that continuously improve realism, immersion, ergonomics and remote content delivery.
