Real-Time 3D
Real-time interactive 3D allows you to navigate freely inside the reconstructed environment, in constrast with a movie where you are totally guided and unable to choose your position or view angle. Moreover with real-time 3D it's easy to instantaneously compare various versions of a same building by simply pressing the keyboard.
The algorithms we use in our 3D simulator aren't using any precalculated information. It is thus possible to change lighting conditions on the fly, to swap objects and textures and get an immediate feed-back. This is a precious tool to aid in a decision process or in a learning process.

Real-time virtual 3D models for decision-support
We bring to the urban planning and construction industry an efficient and flexible tool which constitutes an alternative to traditional scale models.
We recreate virtually the area of interest and we take care of the real estate project’s integration into the existing area.
We also provide the internally developed custom technology as well as the high-end 3D visualization hardware & display setup to present the real estate project in the best conditions, enabling free movement and observation of the points of interest from different points of view.

We bring cutting-edge technologies used in the gaming industry to promote the cultural heritage of a city/a region during shows/exhibitions or as permanent setups in museums.

Garden of La Hetraie (Architecture office Corbiaux) - Luxury Appartments in Brussels
Montois-Partners Architects : Brussels Leopold Area
This project was developed for the Montois-Partners architecture office in order to use our 3D real-time custom technology to aid in the decision-making process by evaluating various versions of a same real-estate project virtually inserted into the european area in Brussels.
The goal of Montois-Partners was to visually estimate the volumes of the neighbouring buildings and to compare them with the different versions of their real-estate project. Our solution has allowed them to confirm their arguments for the regional authorities in favor of the more profitable version of the real-estate project. View our video or try the interactive demo.

Brussels – Sablon area (Belgium/Europe)
In order to prove our technical skills, we have initiated an internal project consisting in the reconstruction of the touristic Sablon area in Brussels in high-quality and in real-time 3D. This area is known for its old antique dealers, luxury chocolate shops and restaurants. The simulator let you fly around the "Notre-Dame des Victoires" church (a gothic church from the XVth century) and let you navigate in front of typical ancient houses. Bruges - Beguine convent
This a reconstruction project we just started and where we modelize an historical area of Bruges next to the canals. The Beguine convent, funded in the XIIIth century and occupied in the past by the beguines, is registered in the Unesco world heritage. We work on this reconstruction with the help of students doing their end study work at our office. Our goal here is to promote a famous and highly touristic place in Belgium. This is also an opportunity to work on technical challenges in real-time such as the canal's water or the grass and the trees in the Beguine convent's park.
