The new community and collaboration portal of DS Improve is open!
You will here be able to access our ticketing platform; all the available information is synchronized in real-time with our internal datacenter infrastructure, the interventions on your IT infrastructure and the software development bug tracker. In this manner, every annotation you bring to your tickets will instantly reach us and vice versa. You will also be able to manage your tasks and activities planning more precisely.
We are aiming to offer you, through this portal, a unique access to all your DS Improve applications. Part of our mission consists in creating a real IT competence center. One of the necessary steps to build this up is the creation of a collaborative and community space. Partners, customers, employees, suppliers, students, anyone in relation with our company will be able, through a personal login, to access their own information on-line, to inter-act with our employees and to bring their own ideas forward to collaborate to the development of the MyDS Improve platform.
As we are talking about a win-win operation, the access to MyDS Improve will not be invoiced. But we encourage you, in counterpart, to introduce your different remarks and suggestions via this portal to enable us improve it constantly.
In the near future, you will be able to access your distant offices and all your Windows applications hosted by our company, with a simple click on this page. In September, you will also be able to rent all Microsoft applications you want. This means getting access to a Windows desktop through this Internet portal but also to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook or Access to an SQL Microsoft database. Thanks to DS Improve you will also have the possibility to access the Open Source Web services present on our Datacenter: PostgresSQL, MySQL, or ask us for a special configuration you would want.
Forthcoming services will include the possibility to view online the price catalogue of our available hardware and software and to generate online offers. Furthermore, you will be able to manage the different IT assets of your company, this will automate the warranty statuses, repair sendings, maintenance periods, financial informations such as purchase value, updates, leasing, etc.
Finally, if you want so, it will also be possible for you to enter and manage your software licenses too.
