Upon acquisition, the value of an IT park is immediately dropping. The classic amortization on three years doesn’t stick anymore to reality nowadays. Indeed, to hold a computer that long, it must not only be maintained but also have it evolve: more memory, disk, a new graphic card, bigger screen ... how many companies have regularly to get rid of obsolete machines , redundant printers ...?
 

All this takes time and does not really reflect the true value of your assets. So why not simply allocate a monthly budget including equipment and its maintenance? The laptop of your salesman needs more memory? Just add it. One of your architects needs a more powerful machine? Its old machine will replace the one of your secretary, whose will see her machine for sale on the second hand market.

 
Every quarter, the depreciated amount by your leasing partner can be reused for purposes of replacement, upgrade or purchase new equipment. What does this concretely mean for you? A simple extension of your contract, with or without budget adaptation
 
To help you manage your IT resources and changing your whole park, DS Improve and its financial partners offer a range of very effective services.

• Long-term lease (leasing) of your new hardware or software. This renting can be done in 12, 24, 36, 48 and even 60 months in some cases. The maintenance of the park may also be included in the lease.
• Replacing your current fleet with a new one, paid in rent - this is a sale and lease (sales & lease back). The operation is interesting if you want to replace a quickly depreciating asset by an inflow of money through the resale of your infrastructure, then get a better control your costs by renting your park : these costs then become overheads .
• Constant update of your computers through a totally outsourced management. During the evolution of your contract, our leasing partner amortizes your infrastructure. The amortized part may then be reused for extensions or new purchases (swap-lease). You'll simply restart your contract keeping the same monthly fee - you pay nothing more and will have an up to date park.
