DS Improve becomes SA and increases its capital to € 200k
This February 7, an Extraordinary General Assembly where all the shareholders of DS Improve where present, took place before a notary to change the company from private limited company (SPRL) to stock company (SA). A capital increase of € 200k was also done to finance the investment needed to restructure the company. This brings the capital to 265 k €. Moreover, partners do not hide their intention to open this capital to third parties.
